Our Story

The AI Workshop began with a simple belief: every young person deserves the chance to understand the technology shaping their future. While artificial intelligence is transforming the world around us, many students will leave school without ever experiencing how it works, how it can be used creatively, or how it impacts the world they live in.

We saw a gap — and an opportunity.

Rather than letting AI feel distant or intimidating, we wanted to bring it directly into classrooms in a way that was engaging, hands-on, and accessible to all. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a mission: to empower students with practical AI knowledge, spark curiosity, and inspire the next generation of creators, thinkers, and innovators.

As a Community Interest Company, we exist for one purpose: to make high-quality AI education available to every school, college, and university — regardless of background, budget, or barriers. Our workshops are free because we believe that opportunity shouldn’t depend on financial resources. It should depend on passion, potential, and access.

Today, The AI Workshop partners with educators across the region, delivering real-world AI sessions that blend creativity with exploration. Students aren’t just taught what AI is — they get to experiment, build, and imagine what they can create with it.

Our goal is to reach thousands of young people, expand to more schools, and help shape a future where every student feels confident, curious, and ready to engage with the technologies that will define their world.
