Co-Founder
A Senior Data Engineer with the NHS and a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society, Stephen holds a PhD in Computer Science. With over seven years of experience across advanced analytics, data engineering, and real-world AI solutions, he has consistently delivered work that improves services and creates meaningful impact.

Co-Founder
An experienced curriculum leader with over 20 years of experience. She has led on curriculum design, instructional quality, and innovative teaching approaches that support student progress and engagement.

AI & Data Strategy Advisor
Koen Verschaeren is a Belgium-based Data Architect and advisor specializing in AI adoption and modern data stack strategies. He helps organizations unlock value from their data by guiding them in implementing domain-driven architectures, scalable cloud platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
Paschal Udekwu
Co-Founder
Paschal Udekwu brings over five years of experience in project management, operations, and risk management within the NHS. Currently Operations Manager at the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, he has built a career delivering complex projects in high-stakes environments where precision and people management matter equally.
Magdalena Domagala
Lead AI Workshop Organiser
Magdalena Domagala brings five years of experience designing and delivering hands-on technology events, workshops, and hackathons. With a Bachelor of Science Honours in Sports Coaching, she developed a strong foundation in performance coaching and participant engagement — skills she now channels into creating dynamic, inclusive AI learning experiences.
